Miniature Pressure Control Module
Measuring only 26 × 27 × 60 mm and offering high resolution, the miniature OEM-EP control module is available in standard pressure ranges from 0-2 psig to 0-100 psig. It can be configured for 12- to 30-VDC input with a 0 to 5 VDC for both the input control signal and the monitor output. Pressure accuracy is 0.2% FS typical. Furthermore, the module is configured specifically for OEM instrumentation and life science OEM applications, such as carrier gas flow control, microfluidic flow control, gas-over-liquid flow control, liquid dispensing and hydro-dynamic focusing.
