And don’t forget to mark your calendar to join us next year, when IFT visits sunny Anaheim, CA. The city of Anaheim recently invested more than $700 million to upgrade its convention facilities, hotels, restaurant options, streetscapes, and more…It’s a whole new Anaheim! The 2009 IFT Annual Meeting & Food Expo will be held June 6-10, 2009.
